Coaching Services Agreement

This Coaching Services Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for coaching services provided by Transparent Marketing (“Company”), operating under the coaching brand Transparent Transformations. For the purposes of this Agreement, Transparent Marketing / Transparent Transformations will be referred to as the “Coach.”
By purchasing and participating in coaching services, you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following.

1. Nature of Coaching Services

Coaching services are designed to support clarity, personal development, mindset, decision-making, and goal alignment.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, financial advice, or legal advice. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or treat any mental health or medical conditions.

If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges, you are encouraged to seek support from a licensed professional.

2. No Guarantees of Results

Client understands and agrees that coaching outcomes are not guaranteed.Results depend on many factors, including but not limited to the Client’s effort, consistency, decisions, and circumstances. The Coach makes no promises or representations regarding specific results, outcomes, or success.

3. Client Responsibility

Client acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results during and after coaching sessions.The Coach is not responsible for how the Client applies coaching insights, guidance, or discussion topics, nor for any outcomes resulting from the Client’s choices.

4. Payment Terms

All coaching services must be paid for in full prior to the session or program start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.By completing payment, the Client reserves coaching time and acknowledges the terms of this Agreement.

5. Refund Policy

Coaching services are generally non-refundable once purchased.

Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of the Coach in the event of extraordinary circumstances or emergencies. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Missed sessions, unused sessions, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances do not automatically qualify for a refund.

6. Session Use & Expiration

Coaching sessions are structured on a monthly basis and do not accumulate or carry over.

Each month includes a set number of sessions, and any unused sessions within that billing cycle are forfeited at the end of the month. Sessions reset at the start of each new billing period.

Sessions are not banked, deferred, or rolled forward under any circumstances.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients are expected to attend sessions as scheduled.Reasonable notice must be provided for rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be considered forfeited unless otherwise agreed at the Coach’s discretion.

8. Agreement Acknowledgment

By proceeding with payment and checking the acknowledgment box, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Coaching Services Agreement.
