Why This Work Exists
The Perspective Behind the Work
Transparent Transformations exists because I know what it feels like to want direction and not know where to find it. Before any of this, I spent years trying to figure out who I was and what I wanted to do, with no clear guidance and a lot of uncertainty. I worked different jobs, listened to countless podcasts, went to school at night, and tried building something on my own early in the mornings. Most of the time, it felt overwhelming and isolating.
Eventually, I found my way into marketing and built a business that gave me more flexibility and opportunity. But what surprised me was realizing the same problem still existed, just in a different form. Business owners, no matter the industry, were stuck in similar loops. Too many ideas. Too many options. Unclear priorities. Growth slowed not because they lacked effort, but because they lacked direction.
Over time, it became clear that individuals and business owners are dealing with the same core issue at different stages. Both need help getting honest about where they are, clearing away noise, and making better decisions. Transparent Transformations was built to support that process, helping people move forward with clarity, intention, and the right structure behind them.
Our Transparent Talk Podcast
I started the Transparent Talk podcast to create the kind of conversations I wish I had access to earlier on. Conversations about clarity, growth, and decision making, but also about doubt, pressure, and the moments where people feel stuck or unsure.

The Transparent Talk Podcast is your go-to space for real conversations on personal and professional growth—without the fluff. Hosted by Zachary Pinto, founder of Transparent Marketing, this podcast dives deep into the challenges, mindset shifts, and strategies needed to grow in both business and life. With a focus on honest insights for a better life and business, each episode brings practical advice, unfiltered discussions, and actionable takeaways to help you navigate success on your own terms.
In this episode, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Cynthia Schwartzberg, LCSW — therapist, trainer, author, and founder of Cynthasis. Cynthia has spent decades helping people reconnect to their authentic selves, and her book The Curious Voyage: A Rule-Breaking Guidebook to Authenticity has become a powerful resource for anyone looking to break free from conditioned patterns and live with more intention.
We dive into some incredible topics during this conversation, including:
🌱 How to shift out of “automatic pilot” and reconnect to your inner voice
🧠 Cynthia’s personal journey of overcoming early self-doubt to become a published author
📝 Practical tools like mind mapping, color coding, gratitude lists, and nervous system resets to manage overwhelm
👨👩👧 Navigating family expectations while pursuing your authentic passions
💬 Building healthier communication and trust in relationships
🧠 Her transition from therapist to trainer, and how modalities like Brainspotting and Harmonic Brain Healing work at a deep neurological level
We also explore cultural differences, technology’s role in muffling our inner voice, tips for young therapists and entrepreneurs, and the ripple effect of living authentically.

A Good Place to Start
If you have questions or feel unsure about what kind of support makes sense, this is a good place to begin. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Share a bit about what you are working through or where you feel stuck, and we will review it and get back to you. From there, we can help you decide what the next step should be.
